On February 29, 2024, Ocean Marina Jomtien had the privilege of being selected to host a safety training session organized by the Regional Harbor Office, Pattaya Branch. This training aimed to educate boat owners, operators, and personnel on water transportation safety. Recognizing the paramount importance of safety during water activities, the Regional Harbor Office sought to enhance safety measures in response to the high volume of tourists utilizing boating providers. The training focused on bolstering knowledge and adherence to regulations, as well as improving water safety protocols to better accommodate the influx of tourists in the region.

The training session covered topics such as maritime laws, boat safety protocols, guidelines for legal compliance, and an overview of current regulations with necessary updates fostering a culture of safety and compliance in our local waters.
